Lesson Liability Waiver
Each student will need to have a completed and signed Liability Waiver before your first scheduled lesson. Any rider without a signed waiver will not be applicable to participate in any portion of our program.
Girl Scout Liability Waiver
Each Troop will need to have a completed and signed Liability Waiver before your troops visit. Any Scout without a signed waiver will not be applicable to participate in any portion of our program.
